Writer 没有账号，不做统计，不投广告，也不追踪你。你的文档只在你自己的 Mac 上处理，我们收不到。

适用范围

本政策适用于 Writer 应用（Mac 版）和本网站。Writer 由 Auspex（北京奥斯佩克斯网络科技中心）开发和运营，下文称“我们”。

AI 助手默认不启用。只有你在「设置 › AI」里填写了自己的模型服务（服务商、接口地址和 API Key）之后，才能使用。
使用时，你发给助手的内容，也就是你的提问和完成这次任务所需的文档内容，会从你的 Mac 直接发送到你选择的服务商，不经过我们，我们也收不到。服务商如何处理这些内容，适用该服务商自己的条款和隐私政策。
如果你选择 Ollama、LM Studio 等运行在本机的模型，这些内容不会离开你的 Mac。
助手可以联网搜索和打开网页：搜索时，搜索词从你的 Mac 直接发给必应（Bing）；打开网页时，由你的 Mac 直接访问那个网站。这些请求都不经过我们。不需要的话，可以在设置里关掉「联网搜索」。
API Key 只保存在你的 Mac 上：~/Library/Application Support/Writer/ai.json，只有你的用户账户可以读取。

我们不持有你的任何个人信息，所以没有需要向我们申请查询、更正或删除的数据。
Writer 在你 Mac 上的设置和还没存储过的草稿保存在 ~/Library/Application Support/cn.thewriter.app，模型设置和 API Key 保存在 ~/Library/Application Support/Writer，删除这两个文件夹即可清除。你的文档由你自己保存和删除。

如果本政策有变化，我们会更新本页面，并修改上方的生效日期。

Writer has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your documents are processed on your own Mac, and we never receive them.

This policy covers the Writer app for Mac and this website. Writer is developed and operated by Auspex, registered in China as 北京奥斯佩克斯网络科技中心 (“we”).

There is no sign-up and no login. Writer has no accounts.
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and does not report how you use it.
Your documents are opened, edited and saved on your Mac and are never uploaded to us.

Writer’s document engine runs on your Mac and accepts connections only from the Mac itself (127.0.0.1). Other devices on your network cannot reach it.
Background removal uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework. Images are not uploaded.

The assistant is off until you enter your own model service (provider, API base URL and API key) in Settings › AI.
When you use it, what you send (your request and the document content needed for the task) goes directly from your Mac to the provider you chose. It does not pass through us and we never receive it. The provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
With a model running on your Mac, such as Ollama or LM Studio, this content never leaves your Mac.
The assistant can search the web and open pages. Search words go from your Mac directly to Bing, and your Mac fetches each page directly from its site. None of this passes through us. You can turn web search (联网搜索) off in Settings.
Your API key is stored only on your Mac, in ~/Library/Application Support/Writer/ai.json, readable only by your user account.

The website introduces Writer and offers the installer. It uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads no third-party fonts, scripts or images.
It is hosted in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud, Beijing). The server keeps no access logs.

We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing to request, correct or delete from us.
Writer’s settings and drafts you have not saved yet are in ~/Library/Application Support/cn.thewriter.app on your Mac, and model settings and your API key in ~/Library/Application Support/Writer. Delete these folders to remove them. Your documents are yours to keep or delete.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
